一、家具综合质量试验机HD-406简介：

适合类型：所有底座配备万向轮的椅子。  

测试性质：评估办公椅脚轮在负载状态下移动的耐久能力。分有障碍和无障碍两种测试方式。  

测试对象：椅子的基底（例如：五星脚）和万向轮的组合体。

二、测试程序：

将椅子基底和万向轮的组合在225磅砝码负载状态下,由外力驱使其以8-12CPM的速度使脚轮在762毫米的行程内通过有障碍2000次及无障碍98000次的平面往复运动,测试脚轮的耐久能力。多种仪器监控测试。

办公桌测试机常见测试项目：桌子的稳定性和桌面冲击测试。      

1、垂直负载下的稳定性试验：

Stability test of the vertical load

把试件放在试验基面上。在其不稳定桌边中心离边沿向内50mm桌面处通过载入垫垂直向下逐渐加力到规定的力值或者至少试件至少有一个桌脚离地为止。

2.垂直和水平载入稳定性试验：

把试件放在试验基面上。用挡块挡住试件不稳定边的桌脚。防止试件在试验中移动。在该边中心离边沿向内50mm桌面处通过载入垫垂直向下施加100N的力。同时在该边中心桌上向外施加一个水平力。逐渐增加该力到规定值或者至少有一个桌脚离地为止。

3.垂直静载荷试验：

在桌面易于发生破坏的位置，按规定的力通过载入垫，垂直向下重复施加10次。每次至少应保持10秒。
